Assam Rifles flags off a National Integration Tour from Tuensang under Operation Sadbhavna, taking elderly citizens to Delhi and Agra.

DIMAPUR — A National Integration Tour under Operation Sadbhavna for the year 2025–26 was flagged off from Tuensang on Tuesday.
The tour aims to foster national unity and cultural integration among citizens from remote and border areas, stated an update.
The team comprises a total strength of 20 elderly civilians, including 15 male and five female participants, along with the requisite administrative staff.

During the tour, the participants will visit Kaziranga National Park, followed by exposure visits to Delhi and Agra. These locations have been selected to provide the participants with an opportunity to experience India’s natural heritage, historical landmarks, cultural diversity and important national institutions.
The tour is designed to broaden horizons, strengthen mutual understanding and instil a deeper sense of national pride among the participants.
