Dimapur, March 5 (EMN): Indian army has announced to conduct a recruitment rally at Bhagat Stadium, Rangapahar Military Station, from April 3 to 6 for enrolment of youth from Nagaland only.
A defence release stated that the online application has already started and would remain open till March 18. Interested candidates are asked to login on www.joinindianarmy.nic.in for online registration. Candidates who have registered in the previous rally could also login directly and check eligibility and apply afresh.
The release stated that army career offers professional advancement, job satisfaction, job security, economic stability, social status, quality of life and variety and adventure.
The vacancies are for soldier (GD ) with 10th or 12th standard; soldier technical with 12th standard with physics, chemistry, maths and English; soldier (NA) with 12th standard with physics, chemistry, biology and English; soldier clerk/ store keeper technical with 12th standard with English and maths/ book keeping/ accounts as compulsory subject in 12th standard; soldier tradesmen with 8th and 10th standard simple pass.
