Dimapur, Sep. 6 (EMN): Union Minister for Tribal Affairs Arjun Munda visited Mokokchung district BJP office and interacted with the party workers on September 6.
The union minister was accompanied by the state’s BJP president and Minister for Higher and Technical Education and Tribal Affairs, Temjen Imna Along and a host of BJP party leaders, informed an update from general secretary of ST Morcha, BJP Mokokchung.
While expressing his happiness on interacting with the BJP workers in Nagaland, Munda encouraged the party workers of Mokokchung to work on the programmes of the BJP especially with regard to tribals in India. He also assured help to the people of Nagaland.
Along complimented the BJP unit in Mokokchung for their dedication with regard to the membership drive and assured all help to “make it more robust in the days to come.”
The BJP Mokokchung district also presented a concept note on some projects about the development of Mokokchung which was accepted by the union minister for consideration.
