The 18 Assam Rifles, under the aegis of HQ 6 Sector Assam Rifles, has conducted a medical camp at Beisumpuikam village in Peren district wherein a total of 88 villagers were treated for various ailments.Medical team of 18 Assam Rifles (ARMO) provided free medical aid to the local villagers of Beisumpuikam and surrounding villages. A lecture on awareness and prevention of HIV/AIDS was also imparted during the medical camp.
Meanwhile, the residents of Beisumpuikam and its surrounding villages have appreciated the efforts of Assam Rifles for enabling them to avail medical facilities at their doorsteps.
