KDCC: In view of the NPCC team visit to Kohima, the KDCC has convened a meeting on 28 September at 11 am in the DCC office, Kohima. Therefore, KDCC president has informed all DCC office bearers, frontal chief, ACCC president, committee, cell members and party workers to attend the meeting without fail.
ANSAA, Dmp unit PWD: The All Nagaland Sectional Assistant Association (ANSAA) Dimapur unit has convened its general meeting-cum-farewell programmme on September 28 at 10 am at the PWD office complex, Dimapur. While requesting members to make it a point to attend the meeting, it has also invited all retired SA (2012-13). Fine would be imposed on absentees, a release stated.
Longsa Catholic Church jubilee commtt: In connection to golden jubilee celebration of the Longsa Catholic Church from December 14 – 15 at Longsa village, a meeting has been convent on September 29 at meeting hall of Longsa Catholic Church at 2 pm. Therefore, steering committee general secretary, Chonthungo Anthony Ezung has through a press release requested all the sub- committees member and elders residing outside the village to attend the meeting positively. Further, the release said no separate information would be served to individuals.
KLCSU freshers day: Kohima Law College Students’ Union has announced to observe its 34th freshers day on September 26 at State Academic hall from 10 a.m. onwards with State PWD minister Azo Nienu as the chief guest. The Union president Wekhrope Marhu and the general secretary Keyigabuing Ndang have requested all bonfide members to attend the function without fail. It further warned that a fine of Rs 200 would be imposed on the absentees.
SSUK freshers meet: The Sangtam Students’ Union Kohima will have its freshers meet on September 28 at 10 am at State Academy Hall with S Changkei Konyak, DIG (NPTO) gracing the occasion as chief guest and Thsapong Thonger as grace of honour. All bonafide members of SSUK are informed to attend the programme without fail. Stern action will be initiated against absentees, a press note said.
ACCC Ghaspani-I: Assembly Constituency Congress Committee 4 Ghaspani-I has convened a meeting on September 25 at Congress Bhavan, Dimapur, at 11 a.m. The ACCC secretary Mughato Aye has requested all office bearers, DCC representatives and PCC members to attend the meeting positively.
DAC: A District Advisory Committee meeting for youth prgramme in relation with Nehru Yuva Kendra Kohima will be held on September 24 at 12 noon in the office chamber of the DC Kohima. All DACYP members are requested to attend the meeting without fail. The members would deliberate and approve agenda on the welfare of the youth in the district, annual action plan 2013-14 and coordination programmes.
