DIMAPUR — In response to the consultative meeting held in Kohima by the Select Committee on the Nagaland Municipal Bill 2023 on November 6, the Ao Senden issued a press release expressing disappointment at the exclusion of the respective tribal hohos.
[bsa_pro_ad_space id=1]The organisation also raised concerns that the tribal apex bodies who attended the meeting granted their assent without prior consultation with the tribal hohos they represent.
Without explaining further, the Ao Senden reiterated its ‘unwavering stance’ on the opinions expressed during the previous consultative meeting held on September 1, 2023.
