ANPSA Kohima felicitates HSLC and HSSLC rank holders
DIMAPUR — The Kohima unit of the All Nagaland Private Schools’ Association (ANPSA) held a felicitation programme for HSLC and HSSLC rank holders at Christ King Higher Secondary School auditorium on May 4.
Speaking on the occasion, the guest speaker and joint chief executive officer of NSDMA, Johnny Ruangmei, congratulated the successful candidates and motivated them to be the torch bearers of the society. He also encouraged the students to utilise the modern technology to excel in life.
On the occasion, the guest speaker also urged the faculty to teach which is fit for the future of the children.
An update from the unit stated that a total of 27 HSLC rank holders and 6 HSSLC rank holders were felicitated.
Keletsole Mekro, the 1st rank holder in HSSLC Arts, and Ketsino Jane Frances, 2nd rank holder in HSLC, spoke on behalf of students, wherein they expressed gratitude to parents, teachers and well-wishers.
The felicitation programme began with an invocation prayer said by Zhoputa, advisor of ANPSA, Kohima unit, while the welcome address was delivered by Fr. Innocent, president of ANPSA, Kohima unit.
Report stated that many administrators, principals, headmasters, teachers and parents attended the felicitation programme.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by VJ Thomas, general secretary of ANPSA, Kohima unit.
