Wokha unit: All Nagaland Hindi Teachers Union (ANHTU) Wokha unit has extended its support to the appeal made by ANHTU central body and CSS Hindi teachers for the release of nine-month pending salaries of the 1379 CSS Hindi teachers.
In a press release, unit Yanroshan Lotha stated that school children admissions were still pending due to delay of salaries.
The unit further appealed to the concerned department to release the salaries at the earliest.
Mokokchung unit: All Nagaland Hindi Teachers Union (ANHTU) Mokokchung Unit fully supported its parent body’s demand for releasing of nine months pending salaries to CSS Hindi teachers.In a press release issued by unit president Chuba and general secretary A. Atsula, stated that the union is ready to enforce phase wise agitation directed by the ANHTU if their demands are not full filled by the government.
Peren unit: ANHTU Peren Unit has extended its solidarity to the central body and CSS Hindi teachers’ ultimatum to Department of School Education, demanding the release of nine-month pending salaries. The unit also demanded all the pending salaries with arrears to release at the earliest. “Having concern for the students’ future we have performed our duty for nine months without pay,” added the Peren Unit.
