ANAMA bag 12 medals in national championship

The 20 members team of All Nagaland Amateur Muaythai Association (ANAMA) which include 16 fighters (14 male and 2 female), along with 4 officials under Takameren today arrived in Dimapur after participating in the recently concluded 14 IFMA-MFI National Chaimpionship held at Villupuranm, Tamil Naidu from July 25 to 28.It may be noted that Kennito Chishi from Nagaland bagged Mauythai Federation of India (MFI) professional contender award above 81 Kg category. The award is given to only 1(one) fighter in the tournament.
Meanwhile, ANAMA has expressed gratitude to the state government for helping the association to take part in the said Championship. “It may be recalled that Temjen Toy, IAS, Chief Patron, ANAMA has help the association morally and financially from time and again” stated arelease received here.
