All vehicular movement restricted at Sechü-Zubza to facilitate 4-lane road construction

Dimapur, Nov. 21 (EMN): In order to facilitate site cutting for the ongoing four-lane construction between Kohima and Dimapur at the stretch below CRPF camp, Sechü-Zubza, all vehicular movement at the aforementioned stretch would remain closed from 7 am on November 22 to 5 am on November 23.

In an order, the additional deputy commissioner of Kohima, Lithrongla Tongpi Rutsa, however stated that all vehicles could take an alternative route during the said period.

It stated that light vehicles travelling from Kohima side should take the alternate route from Don Bosco School Sechi-Zubza approach road to Shalom Bible Seminary/ Assam Rifles Camp Zubza Road and vice versa, while all heavy vehicles going from Kohima side should take the 10th Mile Road from Tsiesema to Peducha bridge and vice versa.

It further urged all concerned to strictly comply with the order.
