All India Chess Federation invites application for online chess championship

Dimapur, Aug. 28 (EMN): The All India Chess Federation (AICF) has invited players from Northeastern states to participate in the Northeast State Online Chess Championship scheduled to be held from September 3 to the 5th.

An update stated that the Nagaland Chess Association encouraged the Naga chess enthusiasts to participate in this first ever chess tournament organised by the All India Chess Federation for the Northeast states.

In this regard, the Nagaland Chess Association will be providing free WiFi/internet connection at its office located in Kohima. Therefore, interested participants can visit the office of the NCA and avail the internet connectivity during the said tournament. The registration for the event will be closed on August 30 by at 5 pm onwards, it stated.
