Akup Ezra Noklang releases Nagamese song ‘Hosa laga Morom’

DIMAPUR — Singer and songwriter Akup Ezra Noklang from Dimapur released a new song in Nagamese titled ‘Hosa laga Morom’ on Monday on his YouTube channel.

An update issued on Monday informed that the song talks about true love and its values.

The music video features Naga actor popularly known as Boss Meren, alongside two lovely kids, Chumei Grace Noklang and Baman Chingkhung.

Noklang who belongs to the Phom community, said he never planned to write or sing a Nagamese song and that ‘Hosa laga Morom’ happened by chance.

The artiste said that the journey in the making of ‘Hosa laga Morom’ is one of the most beautiful and the most amazing experience of his life. He said the song will always remain close to his heart.

Noklang believes that everyone deserves to be loved no matter what a person goes through in life, and that true love will always find a way even through the darkest night. He also disclosed that he realised the value of true love while composing and creating the song.

 “The last verse of the song is very powerful conveying the message that the love demonstrated on the cross by our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ for the sake of mankind is the greatest love of all,” Noklang said.

Noklang is a former member of “5 Minutes Band”. He took a break from the band in 2020 in order to focus on his studies.
