Kohima, Aug. 25 (EMN): Nagaland unit of the All India Freedom Fighters and Successors' Organisation (AIFFSO) observed the 78th anniversary of the Quit India Movement on August 9 at its office in Kohima.
The organisation informed that the felicitation of Ashok Chakra recipient R Sopu Angami, who was recently elected as the vice president of North East Region Freedom Fighters Successors' Organisation (NERFFSO) representing the Nagaland unit, was held at his residence in Kohima on August 24.
