Dimapur, Dec. 2 (EMN): The office of the Accountant General informed all the retired state government officers that pension and GPF final payment cases settled for the month of October 2020 have been uploaded on website of the PAG (A&E) Nagaland.
An update informed that pensioners could log on to the website at www.cag.gov.in/ae/nagaland/en and click on the ‘GPF final payment settled cases’ and ‘Pension authorisation’ on the home page.
It also informed that a “Grievances redressal and feedback committee for entitlement functions” has been constituted with Joseph K A, Arup Roy and Akum Chuba as members.
“Aggrieved pensioners or government officials facing genuine problems with regard to settlement of any entitlement benefits are requested once again to write directly to Uttam Chanda, deputy accountant general (A&E) via e-mail at chanda.u@cag.gov.in or agaenagaland@cag.gov.in or through a handwritten letter. They may also contact the grievance redressal and feedback committee,” it informed.
It further directed head of departments to provide mobile numbers of retirees in the pension application form and GPF final payment application form for receiving SMS service regarding status of their pension and GPF final payment.
