Advisor Sethrongkyu inaugurates rostrum in Chare town
DIMAPUR — Advisor of Information Technology & Communication, Economics & Statistics and Evolution, H Sethrongkyu Sangtam, inaugurated a rostrum in Chare town on Friday.
Speaking on the inaugural programme, Sangtam mentioned that Chare area is more advanced among the Sangtams in education sector and called upon the people of the area to led and set good examples to the rest of the Sangtam community, a DIPR report stated.
The advisor also acknowledged the development taking place in the state, particularly in the eastern Nagaland region under the leadership of chief minister, Neiphiu Rio, and expressed hope that it would continue to inspire the people of the region through development.
The advisor also assured to address the public grievances for development saying that he is ever ready to help the people of the area for their uplift.
The rostrum was constructed under LADP Iconic Project 2023-24.
Earlier, the advisor also unveiled the monolith, wherein the pastor of CTBL, Yangthsingli, said the dedication prayer and the welcome address was delivered by EAC of Chare, Zerutso.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Head GB of Chare Town, N Jungshi.
Unity is a source of blessings
Advisor of IT & Communication, Economics & Statistics and Evolution, H Sethrongkyu Sangtam, has termed unity is a source of blessings in order to achieve development.
He said this during the inauguration of a community hall in New Sangsomong village on August 15.
Sangtam said that irrespective of the sizes of the village, a village can never be developed or moved forward unless there is peace and unity in that village. Asserting that unity will foster the spirit of oneness and can redress and resolved any issues amicably, the advisor urged the citizens to be united for rapid growth and development with all blessings.
The ADC of Longkhim, Anoka H Assumi, in his short speech, stated that construction of community hall was a blessing for all the people and urged the citizens to preserve and take the ownership of the hall, stated a DIPR report.
Short speeches were delivered by mandal president 52 AC Longkhim- Chare, Rangkha; president of PHSNS Range Union, SY Tongri; and Head GB of New Sangsomong village, Sepikyu.
A song was presented by BYE and NSSU and concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Sekhamong, VCM.
