Dimapur, May 9 (EMN): The pictorial chart of the Lotha costumes and artefacts was launched at the Likya community hall in Wokha district on Tuesday. Advisor of Agriculture, Mhathung Yanthan, attended the launch programme and unveiled the pictorial chart, stated a DIPR report.
The initiative depicted and portrayed the image of the attires and artefacts worn by Lotha men and women folks during ceremonial occasions. It focused on the theme of P3- preserve, propagate, and promote the traditional attires and artefacts to keep the continuous flow of knowledge to the younger generation as loss of culture would result in loss of identity.
