Acharya not satisfied with medical college work pace

Dimapur, June 25 (EMN): The governor of Nagaland, PB Acharya, and the minister for Health & Family Welfare Pangnyu Phom, and other officers of the Health and Family Welfare department visited the construction site of the Nagaland Medial College on June 25 at Phriebagei, in Kohima. “The governor expressed his concern at the pace of the construction and instructed the department to put in all effort to complete setting up the medical college within the stipulated period,” the governor’s establishment stated in a note that was issued to the media on Tuesday. The note said officials of the consulting agency, unnamed in the note, ‘highlighted’ to the governor matter about the work progress and the efforts that are being put in to get the job done. “Governor Acharya further instructed the department and the consulting agency to submit a full report on the status of the progress to his office,” the updates added.
