Acer unveils new Nitro 5 gaming laptop in India

Dimapur, April 12 (EMN): Acer on Monday has unveiled another variant of its Nitro 5 series gaming laptop in India that starts from INR 69,999.

The new Acer Nitro 5 gaming laptop comes with the latest 11th-gen Intel Core i5-11300H processor paired with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 graphics card. The latest Acer Nitro 5 is targeted at budget gamers in India.

The news comes a week after the launch of the AMD Ryzen 5 5600H model with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 GPU.

The laptop features a 15.6-inch FHD IPS display with a 144Hz refresh rate and a 3ms response time. The screen comes with a screen-to-body ratio of 80 per cent with narrow 7.02mm bezels.

The Nitro 5 is offered with 8GB of DDR4 memory, expandable to 32GB, and a 512GB PCIe Gen3 SSD. The laptop comes with two slots for M.2 PCIe SSDs and has support for 2TB of HDD.

For connectivity, the laptop offers a Killer Wi-Fi 6 AX 1650i and support for Bluetooth 5.1. Other features include Acer’s CoolBoost technology, four-zone RGB keyboard and a 57.5WHr battery.
