Dimapur, Feb. 21 (EMN): Office of the Accountant General has informed all retired state government officials that pension and GPF final payment cases settled for the months of January 2021 have been uploaded on its office’s website www.cag.gov.in/ae/nagaland/enby.
An update from the senior Accounts Officer stated that a “Grievances redressal and feedback committee for entitlement functions” has also been constituted with senior Account Officers namely Joseph KA, Arup Roy, and Akum Chuba as members.
Aggrieved pensioners or government officials facing genuine problems with regard to settlement of any entitlement benefits are requested to write directly to its Deputy Accountant General (A&E) Uttam Chanda via e-mail at chanda.u@cag.gov.in or agaenagaland@cag.gov.in or through a handwritten letter. They are also asked to contact the grievance redressal and feedback committee.
All head of departments are requested to provide mobile numbers of retirees in their pension application form and GPF final payment application form for receiving SMS regarding status of their pension and GPF final payment.
