About Us: First official tour kicks off in Wokha

Wokha, 3 June (EMN): The first official tour of ‘About Us,’ organised by Acoustic Club Wokha, was held at Tiyi Hall in Wokha on June 3.

Formed in the year 2019, About ‘Us’ is an Indian ‘Experimental Melodic Hard Rock’ from Nagaland.  

Hachio Patton, Senior PS to Deputy Chief Minister was the chief patron and Additional Commissioner Lankonsen T. Tsanglao was the chief host. The band was also felicitated prior to the concert at Town hall in Wokha.

During the concert, After 20’s, an all girls rock band from Wokha also performed their debut concert and Giedion Kithan, a sensational seven-year-old guitarist performed as supporting act during the concert.

Around 2000 fans came to witness the first ever live appearance in Wokha.

K. Edward Ngullie, the band manager of About Us, informed that the band will be heading to Mokokchung on June 21 to perform at the World Music day and at Dimapur on June 25.

Meanwhile, the band also informed that the band is working on new projects for fans.
