ABCC general convention concludes

[dropcap]T[/dropcap]housands of believers today thronged the NBCC Convention Centre, Kohima to partake in the final day of the Angami Baptist Church Council (ABCC) general convention.
In the morning service, the vice-president of global Youth With A Mission (YWAM), Dr. David Hamilton delivered a sermon on ‘Whom Shall I Send?’ while Nagaland Baptist Church Council general secretary, Rev. Dr. Anjo Keikung conveyed the greetings.Later in the day, ABCC Children’s Rally was held at the same venue while ABCC Youth Rally was held as a parallel session at the Naga Solidarity Park. Main highlights of the Children’s Rally were presented by the children’s department of Kuda Village Baptist Church (KVBC), Town Baptist Church Dimapur, Peraciezie Baptist Church Kohima, Union Baptist Church Kohima, Viswema Baptist Church, Ministers’ Hill Baptist Church, Medziphe Town Baptist Church ‘C’, Khedi Baptist Church, Chieli Music Academy and Jotsoma Baptist Church while the Dimapur Angami Baptist Child Evangelism Ministry teachers pronounced a prayer for the children of the world.
KVBC Child Evangelism Ministry Sunday School superintendent, Nimeno V Liegise was the main speaker at the Children’s Rally.
Meanwhile, director of Global Connections for Advancement (South Korea) and CBCNEI & ABCC mission consultant, Rev. Dr. Andrew Kim spoke at the Youth Rally and led the call for rededication to mission.
Delegates from over a hundred Angami Baptist Churches from across the state participated in the four-day conference which began on January 15.
