Dimapuir, April 27 (EMN): With the aim of enhancing the quality of academic standards, department of higher education has conducted a training on Academic and Administrative Audit (AAA) at Salesian College of Higher Education (SCHE) on April 23.
The training was Dr. Anungla Aier, convener and additional director of higher education department; Dr. PS Lorin, member and principal of Tetso College, Dimapur; and Dr. RK Behera, member and dean of social science Patkai Christian College (Autonomous), Chumukedima.
The training witnessed interaction between the students and the peer team, report of the colleges by Dr. Fr. Policarp Xalxo, SCHE principal, Internal Quality Assessment Cell (IQAC) by Fr. Paul Panii, five departmental presentations by the respective HoDs, interaction with the faculty, and inspection of the physical facilities of the college.
In conclusion, the peer team laid down some suggestions and recommendation for the augmentation of the institutional policies and activities so as to promote the learning experience and learning outcomes of the students and for the growth of the college.
