To Whom It May Concern

I am writing to express my frustration and concern about the constant stream of activities that are being conducted in the school. It seems like one activity is barely completed before another one is rolled out, leaving us with little to no time to focus on our core responsibility – teaching and taking classes smoothly. As a result of these constant interruptions, we are falling behind in our academic progress. With the final exams just around the corner, I am worried that we will not be able to cover the necessary material in time. To make matters worse, there are numerous holidays coming up, which will further reduce our already limited time.

I urge to all the concern authorities to reconsider the frequency and timing of these activities. If they are to continue, I request that the office provides sufficient support and ensures that we have enough teachers to handle the workload. It is unfair to expect us to manage our regular classes and prepare students for exams while also handling the extra responsibilities that come with these activities.
