Dimapur, Sep. 18 (EMN): Commemorating 72nd birth anniversary of the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, and as part of the ‘Seva Pakhwada’ (service fortnight), the yuva morcha (youth organisation) of BJP Mokokchung district organised a blood donation camp at Imkongliba Memorial District Hospital on September 17.
The blood donation camp was led by its president, Longsaakum Longkumer, and the general secretary, Takojungba Jamir, stated an update from BJYM Mokokchung.
It informed that BJP Mokokchung district would be carrying out a series of activities during the next fortnight, which would culminate on October 2. The blood donation camp was the first of its activities.
It stated that the president of BJP Mokokchung, Imolemba Jamir, has appreciated the BJYM for successfully conducting the blood donation camp. He also praised all the karyakartas, who came forward to donate their blood for the patients at IMDH.
The president of BJYM Mokokchung district, Longsaakum Longkumer, has also expressed gratitude to all those who have supported the blood donation camp and further assured to always stand at the forefront in the service of the people. In a related programme, BJP Nagaland minority morcha organised a blood donation camp at District Hospital, Dimapur.
