Har Ghar Tiranga campaign song released in Karbi Anglong

Diphu, Aug. 11 (EMN): As part of the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign the Chief Executive Member (CEM) of Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council (KAAC) Tuliram Ronghang, released an audio and video of the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign, which is an initiative by the Art & Culture and Information Technology Department of KAAC at Secretariat.

As part of the national wide Har Ghar Tiranga campaign, KAAC authority and district administration have taken up a series of independent campaigns.

A mixture of both traditional and modern music, the song is in Karbi, Hindi and English showing the importance of the national flag and how every individual should have the Tiranga hoisted in respective homes ahead of the Independence Day celebration.

The five minutes music video includes local artistes like Bare Rongpharpi, Daniel Engti, Columbus Ronghi, SE Kathar, Jyoti Terangpi and Dhon Kathar among others. Several YouTubers are also seen in the video.

The Deputy Commissioner of Karbi Anglong, Dibakar Nath (IAS) also flagged off a Har Ghar Tiranga campaign van at the DC office in Diphu on Thursday.

Flagging off the van, Nath said the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign van will distribute the national flag at various Fair Price shops across Karbi Anglong and will reach back on August 15 at the parade ground of the Independence Day celebration in Diphu.
