When asked about the construction of acute care hospital, Angami informed that the construction of the 200-bedded hospital had started.

According to the Health department, the hospital is expected to be completed in a few weeks after obtaining approval. Out of the 200 beds, 24 would be designated for pediatric ICU beds in view of a possible third wave of the pandemic that experts said could affect children.
