Dimapur, April 26 (EMN): Popular streamer Disguised Toast, known for his high IQ plays in Among Us, has received a temporary ban from streaming platform Twitch yesterday, the streamer revealed on his official Twitter account.

Apparently, he was banned from Twitch for ‘Unmoderated Hateful Conduct’ during his live stream.

Although Twitch has not given any specific reason for the ban, the streamer suspects that it might be an old video clip where a toxic player yelled the F-slur on him.

Why did Twitch ban Disguised Toast?

Toast was watching an old PUBG montage along with more than 40,000 of his viewers at the time of being banned.

Disguised Toast shared a post on his Twitter where he wrote, “Got a temp ban from Twitch. Not a big deal since I don’t usually stream there but does mean I have to avoid playing with any friends streaming for a few days.”

The temporary ban on Twitch might not jeopardise his streaming schedule as he primarily streams on Facebook Gaming. However, the OfflineTV star may not be able to play with his fellow Twitch streamers due to Twitch‘s strict TOS guidelines.

“Didn’t get a specific reason but if I had to guess: I was watching an old twitch clip of mine that includes a toxic player using the f slur against me. Will try to be more careful in the future,” wrote Toast on his Twitter post.

Disguised Toast rose to fame through his Hearthstone streams which led him to sign an exclusive deal with Facebook Gaming. His popularity rose to new heights after his videos of high IQ plays in the game Among Us went viral.

The exact duration of Toast‘s Twitch ban is not known at the moment but it is expected to be just a couple of days.
