Reliance Jio proposes towers in 15 remote villages in Nagaland

Dimapur, March 15 (EMN):
Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited has informed that new towers have been proposed in 15 villages in Nagaland.

The 15 villages are under Shinnyu village, Yongkhao village, Eyeang village and Wangti village under Tobu district; Wangti village in Chen, Upper Tiru village in Naginimora, Upper Namthai village, Wapnyu in Wakching/ Naginimora; Tekun village, Nokyan village, Yannyu village, Longti village, Zangkham Timgsa village, and Loakhu village in Tizit district; Pukha village in Phomching and Longkei village in Mon Sadar.

An update said that Lower Tiru, Mohung and Mohung Changai villages would also be covered shortly.
The towers would go live before April 10, 2021, it stated.

“We are pushing for new towers in Tela, Tingalibam, Zangkham, Nokzang, Loakhun, Longwa, Chenwetnyu villages as well,” it added.
