78 CRPF donates study materials to students

[caption id="attachment_237879" align="aligncenter" width="500"] Officials of 78 Battalion CRPF along with teachers and students of GPS and village functionaries during the civic action programme in Sechu Zubza on March 8.[/caption] Dimapur, March 10 (EMN): Personnel of the 78 Battalion CRPF, stationed at Zubza in Kohima district, undertook a civic action programme in the form of distributing study materials to students of Government Primary School, Sechu Zubza, on March 8. A 78 Battalion CRPF press release stated that Ram Chandra, 2nd in command (AOD), was the chief guest. It added that Anil Kumar Jha, second-in-command; Shiva Prasad KG, deputy commandant; Hari Kumar SL, deputy commandant; and headmistress of GPS, Sechu Zubza, Kevizeno Savino; staff and village leaders have taken part in the programme. During the programme, Ram Chandra distributed study materials to the students. He expressed pleasure and joy to organise the civic action programme in the school and hoped that such activities would benefit the needy students of Sechu Zubza. The release also stated that 78 Battalion CRPF has been organising such programme every year and mingled with the civilians and students since its induction in Nagaland. It added that the battalion is performing the assigned duties with full devotion and dedication maintaining cordial relationship with the locals by extending all possible help.
