5 arrested in connection with Kohima Delhivery robbery case
Dimapur, July 27 (EMN): The Kohima police have arrested five individuals in connection with the Delhivery Pvt. Ltd. robbery case of July 22 in Kohima.
The police informed that three persons residing at Lazami village and one person from Phugoboto town, both in Zunheboto district, were arrested for their involvement in the crime, the police stated in an update on July 27, Monday, issued to the media.
The police identified the arrested persons as one Henito Swu (37 years) a self-styled “Razu Peyu” of the NSCN (IM); a Qhevishe Sheqi (41 years) also a self-styled “Leacy” NSCN (IM); one Chekiye Achumi (44 years), and a Daniel Swu (27 years). The police also arrested one person identified as one Vishika Swu (30 years) for connivance, the updates stated.
“During the operation, the stolen money amounting to INR 16, 61,700, four brand new Redmi 8A Dual mobile phones, two small arms (pistol), one magazine, four live rounds, six extortion slip/work permit (sic) of NSCN (IM) along with several incriminating items were recovered and seized from their possession,” the police stated.
Further, a vehicle bearing the registration number NL-01T/8856, which was used during the commission of the crime, was also recovered, the police stated.

Preliminary investigation revealed the involvement of one of the staff members of Delhivery Pvt. Ltd., the police stated.
Accordingly, one person identified as Vishika Swu (30 years), was also arrested for connivance in the case, the police added.
