42 new Covid-19 cases push Nagaland’s tally to 12482

Dimapur, April 15 (EMN): Minister of Health and Family Welfare, S Pangnyu Phom on Thursday informed that Nagaland recorded 42 new Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours, taking the state’s tally to 12,482.

Out of the 42 new cases, 23 were in Kohima, 13 in Dimapur and two each in Longleng, Mokokchung and Phek, the update informed, adding that the state also registered three recoveries in Kohima

The state currently has 121 active Covid-19 cases, out of which 109 are asymptomatic, 11 mild and one moderate on oxygen. It has also registered 12100 recoveries and 83 deaths so far.

In regard to district-wise distribution of active Covid-19 cases, Dimapur has 59, 51 in Kohima, four each in Mokokchung and Phek, two in Longleng and one in Wokha, while the remaining districts are Covid-free.
