Dimapur, Dec. 1 (EMN): 3E Nagaland in a press note informed all the runners who have registered for the 7th Hornbill marathon 2017 to collect their number bibs at the New Secretariat junction on Dec. 2 between 10 am and 4:30 pm.
It also informed that that spot registration is being offered at the venue only for outstation runners who come from outside Nagaland since registration is closed for local runners on Nov. 30.
All confirmed runners must report at the start venue (New Secretariat) on Dec. 3 at 6 am for the race to collect their starting pass and proceed to the holding area. The holding area will house refreshment counters and toilet and urinals, hence no runners will be allowed to go outside the area till the start of the race at 7 am.
Runners willing to avail baggage counter facility must pin their baggage tags to their bag after filing in their personal details on the slip provided. However they are advised not to keep expensive belongings in their bags. All the runners are further instructed to carefully read the guidelines provided along with their registration forms and be thorough with the rules and regulation. No complaints will be entertained in regard to runners who finish their race outside the cut off time to claim the prizes.
