Kohima, May 25 (EMN): Till date, 3938 stranded citizens have reached Nagaland, according to information received from the control room of Empowered Committee in Dimapur.
On Monday alone, as of 6 pm, 467 returnees had arrived in Nagaland.
Sources from the control room informed Eastern Mirror that the special train from Gurugram, Haryana had transported 378 persons.
A train from New Delhi ferried 47 passengers while another from Dibrugarh with three persons arrived at the railway station.
Two buses from Ahmednagar in Maharashtra also dropped off 36 persons on Monday.
On the same day, a bus with two passengers and a private car with a single passenger reached Dimapur from Guwahati.
