33 new Covid-19 cases; Nagaland’s tally at 1021

Dimapur, July 20 (EMN):
Nagaland breached the 1000-mark of Covid-19 positive cases on Monday as 33 more positive cases were recorded, taking the state’s tally to 1021.

“Out of 454 samples tested, 33 positive cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed. Sixteen in Dimapur, 12 in Mon and five in Kohima,” the minister for Health and Family Welfare, S Pangnyu Phom, tweeted.

Health authorities in Nagaland have declared 484 patients as ‘recovered’ till date with 536 active cases in the state.

According to the severity of the symptoms, out of the 536 active cases, 533 cases are asymptomatic while there are two mild cases and one moderate case and one on ventilator.
