3 school children missing in Kohima

EMN KOHIMA, OCTOBER 30 Three school students of St. John School, Paramedical, Kohima reportedly went missing today. According to sources, the students in uniform were last seen between Satuo Petrol oil depot and Old Police Check Post, near the State Bus Terminal, Kohima. The students, all in class-IV, have been identified as Wontho (10 years), Tonovi (11 years) and Samerjeet Singh (11 years). Talking to Eastern Mirror, the youth president of Paramedical Colony, Thepfuvio Zatsu informed that the colony members have been mobilized even late evening in search of the three missing students. Even volunteers from other neighbouring colonies were said to have joined the search. Even at around 8.30 pm, volunteers holding torch were seen searching the three kids in an around Check Post and Kohima Orphanage Home. According to the youth president, the students left the school premises at around 12 noon. However, the actual reason for them leaving the school was not disclosed. In this regard, the colony has requested all concerned to report to them, if they happen to come across any students loitering around in school uniform, or even without uniform.
