2nd MS Ahluwalia Memorial Basketball Tournament from October 26

DIMAPUR — The Second MS Ahluwalia Memorial 3×3 Basketball Tournament will be held from October 26 to 28 at the JV Foundation Basketball Court, Signal Angami, Dimapur.

The tournament is being organised by the Dimapur District Basketball Association in collaboration with the Nagaland Basketball Association (NBA), according to a press release.

It will be a league-cum-knockout format and will have both men’s and women’s categories.

The winners will receive a cash prize of INR 30,000, and the runners-up will receive INR 15,000. The MVPs will receive INR 5,000 in cash and citations.

The registration fee for the tournament is INR 2,000, and the last date for registration is October 20.

According to FIBA 3×3 regulations, all team players must be eligible at the time of confirmation, which means they must be registered on the FIBA 3×3 digital platform, play.fiba3x3.com.

The release stated that the NBA will provide guidance on the registration process, but because it requires the personal email addresses of each individual player, it is strongly advised that the players do the registration themselves.
