2nd edition of Women's Champions Trophy from June 5

Dimapur: The Nagaland Cricket Association (NCA) has informed that the second edition of Women's Champions Trophy will commence from June 5 to the 10^th.

Altogether six teams will be competing in the major tournament for the women's title - Saramati Warriors, Tiyi Strikers, Japfü Dazzlers, Terogvu Titans, Pauna Queens and Puliebadze Slingers.

“Nagaland Cricket Association invites cricket fans and sports lovers to come witness the new era of Nagaland Women in Cricket. Nagaland Cricket Stadium and Sovima Cricket Ground will be the two venues to host the Women's Champions Trophy matches,” NCA stated in an update.

The finals scheduled on June 10 will be played in a day-night match format at the Nagaland Cricket Stadium, Sovima.
