21 contestants selected for VoN 2nd voting round

[dropcap]R[/dropcap]ESULTS for the first voting round of VoN’14 has been declared wherein 21 out of 35 contestants have been selected for the 2nd voting round.
True to the words of the organizing team,the judges Lamtsala H Sangtam and Mhathung Odyuo of Purple Fusion has called back 6 contestants namely, Sangti Konyak, Aaron Mech, Rajen Dey, Barnali Dey, Amit Sharma, Loglila Sangtam basing on their outstanding performance though they had been voted out in the first round.The 2nd voting round will be held at Jumping Bean Café, Dimapur Time 12 pm on April 26.
As an added bonus, the two best performing contestants of the 2nd round will be given a chance to performance at the fund raising concert call “Purple Fusion Live” which is scheduled to be held on May 10 at IMC hall, 6 pm. The organizers will also sponsor 10 other best performing contestants to witness the concert.
The organizing team regrets that the first voting round could not be telecasted in Kohima and some parts of Dimapur as the length of the episode exceeded the maximum 2 hours slot allotted by local channels. The remaining rounds will be telecasted on City Cable and Global Chapter Dimapur, Crystal Cable and NM Cable Kohima.
