Dimapur, March 14 (EMN): The 1st Peli Sekrenyi spot kick shootout competition organised by Peli 15, L Khel, Kohima village was held at TM School ground in Kohima on Saturday, March 14.
An update received here on Saturday stated that in men’s category, Peli 14 'B' emerged champions and received a cash prize of INR 10,000 along with a trophy while runners-up Peli 16 ‘B’ received INR 7000.
Peli 14 'B' won the best goal keeper award and received INR 2000.
In women’s category, Peli 16 emerged champions and received INR 5000 along with a trophy while Peli 18 received INR 3000 for the second position.
Peli 16 won the best goal keeper award and received INR 1000.
Altogether, 31 teams participated in the event which will now be a yearly event confined to Lhisemia Khel only.
