Dimapur, Aug. 2 (EMN): The 173 Bn CRPF, airfield celebrated its 14th Raising Day on August 2 in Dimapur. The celebration was held at the battalion’s HQ Airfield Dimapur and also in all the company’s locations in the country.
A press release informed that the celebration began with a visit to quarter guard which was followed by sainik sammelan and cultural programme.
The press note mentioned that various dignitaries like DIG CRPF, Commissioner of Police, Dimapur; DC Dimapur; CGM BSNL; GM SBI; Commandant of CRPF/Assam Rifles; including the Officers, Jawans, and families participated in the function.
