121 people arrive at Dimapur airport; 1348 returnees in Kohima
Dimapur, June 8 (EMN): A total of 121 people, comprising 115 from Kolkata and six from Guwahati arrived in Dimapur by flight on June 8, according to an update from DRPO Dimapur.
“After medical screening at the airport, all the passengers were taken to Agri Expo by Nagaland State Transport buses for further segregation to different quarantine centres after going through mandatory procedures,” the update informed.
Returnees at Kohima quarantine centres
Altogether 1348 returnees from various parts of the country are under mandatory quarantine in five different government institutional quarantine centres under Kohima district as on June 8, according to an update from DRPO Kohima.
The update informed that there are 868 returnees at K Badze Quarantine Centre, Meriema Quarantine Centre – 394, JNV Quarantine Centre – 51 and ATI Quarantine Centre – 7. It went on to inform that there are five returnees in paid quarantine facility and 23 persons under observation at IG Stadium, Kohima, at present.
