DIMAPUR, SEPTEMBER 23
An NSCN-K cadre was shot dead at Thilixu Block 4 in Dmapur late this evening. According to sources, the deceased has been identified as one SS. Lance Corporal Sehminlal Kuki of Lilen village under Peren district. The victim bore three bullet shots on his back. The body was recovered by police at around 8 pm. No one has claimed responsibility for the killing till the filing of this report.
