NBCC youth participate in World Baptist Youth conclave

Youth under the Nagaland Baptist Church Council (NBCC) consisting of 43 members attended the Baptist Youth World Conference held in Singapore from July 17-21. The conference was held under the theme “Reach.” Director of Miqlat Ministry Asha Sanchu, advocate Ashu Theyo and director of Life Sports Colo Mero were the resource persons of the conference from Nagaland.
The conference was attended by about 2,500 young people across the world representing 64 countries.
Amanda Haines from North America was elected the new president of the Youth department of the Baptist World Alliance.
The next Baptist Youth World conference will be held in 2018.
