Nagaland Covid-19 update: 140 new cases detected

Dimapur, Nov. 16 (EMN): Nagaland recorded 140 new Covid-19 positive cases on Monday, taking the state’s tally to 10025.
This was informed by the minister for Health and Family Welfare, S Pangnyu Phom.
‘140 positive cases of Covid-19 were detected today (Monday); Kohima-116 and Dimapur-24. Also, 46 positive patients have recovered; Mon-44 and Kohima-2,’ tweeted the minister.
According to information provided by the Health department, Nagaland has 1009 active Covid-19 cases, out of which 967 are asymptomatic, 13 mild, 13 moderate on oxygen, 10 severe on oxygen and six critical in ICU. The state has also recorded 8860 recoveries and 53 deaths, out which six are ‘not Covid-related’.
In regard to district-wise distribution of Covid-19 cases, Dimapur leads with 565 cases, followed by Kohima-370, Mon-43, Tuensang-12, Peren-8, Mokokchung-7, Phek-3, Zunheboto-1, while Kiphire, Wokha and Longleng have zero cases so far.
