Dimapur, Jan 6: As per the direction of the State Election Commission, Deputy Commissioner, Zunheboto, T Roy has appointed ADC, Nungsangmenla Imchen as Returning Officer and the SDO(C), Warren Holohon Yepthomi, SDO(C), as Assistant Returning Officer for Zunheboto town council elections.
