Zhadima Village Youth and Sports Organisation has resolved to uphold the directives of the Angami Youth Organisation (AYO) and the Northern Angami Youth Organisation (NAYO) to strictly ban hunting, burning of jungle, extraction of medicinal plants, deforestation and other related activities which would lead to destruction and deterioration of the eco-system within its jurisdiction.
Stating this in a press release, ZVYSO information and publicity secretary Medolhoulie Sanchu said the organization would not serve information regarding the directives while he also cautioned that any person found violating the directives would be punitively punished and penalized befittingly.
