Wokha entrepreneurs flay data service ban

Dimapur, Jan. 23: The Wokha District Entrepreneurs’ Association (WDEA) has flayed what it called the disconnection of data services by internet service providers for the past five days in Wokha district.
The business group issued a press statement on Monday demanding that the government restore internet connectivity at the earliest. Online business-related facilities such as cybercafe, e-ticketing, e-banking and online shopping have come to a standstill, the organization stated. Besides, the lack of internet services is depriving the students’ community from filling forms online for the JEE, CBSE NEET, are NEERIST, the note implied. They are running short of time, the organization stated.
The association assured that the “Wokha situation is normal” and for which it appealed to the Nagaland government to restore internet connectivity at the earliest.
