Dimapur, April 12 (EMN): Canadian Twitch streamer Lisa “STPeach” Vannatta on Tuesday confirmed that she had received a second ban from popular streaming platform Twitch, barely a month after her most recent ban.

The streamer took to Twitter to announce the news to her fans and needless to say, the streaming community were baffled at the reason for her ban.

Twitch apparently banned the 28-year-old streamer from the platform for wearing a raven cosplay she had already shown on previous streams.

On her Twitter post, STPeach wrote, “Banned from Twitch again.. for wearing a Raven cosplay I’ve worn before and had absolutely no issues/bans. Guess this means only one thing…I’ll see you guys Wednesday.”

STPeach had recently received a ban from the platform for cosplaying as Cammy White from the Street Fighter series of videogames. The outfit was a bit too revealing for Twitch’s strict and rather ambiguous terms of service.

STPeach is a popular content creator with more than 1.1 million followers on Twitch and 1.8 million followers on Instagram. However, the streamer is quite controversial due to her highly suggestive content. She often streams with minimal clothing and this caused many viewers to either criticise or commend Twitch’s decision.

Regardless of whether STPeach should or should not have been banned, Twitch should be more transparent about its guidelines. The platform’s vague terms of service is definitely causing more harm than good at the moment.
