Toyota car wash comes in aid for Mother’s Hope

A two-day charity car wash event initiated by ‘River Life Group’- a group of around 15 young people commenced on Friday organized by the ‘Okusa Toyota’ located at Walford to support the sweet little children of ‘Mother’s Hope’. SDO (C) Dimapur, Temjensangla Assumi who graced the occasion as chief guest opened the car wash event by cutting the ribbon.
During a short interaction with Toyota Sales Manager, K. Agape Assumi, stated that the main idea of the event as ‘a stage’ and ‘a meeting point’ for all well wishers and corporate houses to be a part of the ‘Mother’s Hope’ who are in need of attention.
He also stated that by organizing such events, non-profit organizations like ‘Mother’s Hope’ will have direct contact with the corporates through which the society will be benefited. He also stated that such kind of events is an ‘eye opener’ for the people who can contribute towards the well-being of the society.
Car wash for charity is one of the first of its kind which will encourage the corporate houses.
Mother’s Hope, a non-profit organization founded by Moamenla Jamir was officially registered in the year 2011 with a mission of ‘Rebuilding Hope’. It is specifically opened to provide a home for young unmarried girls who are being faced with pregnancies crisis and also provides services including temporary loving home for babies and children awaiting adoption.
It may be pertinent to mention here that all well-wishers who come to be a part of the charity car wash within these two days will avail free insurance coupon of the new ‘ETIOS’.
The two day ‘Charity Car Wash’ event will mark its end on March 22 at 4 pm and the proceeds will be completely donated to ‘Mother’s Hope’.
