The 4th Edition of Miss Tikhir organised by Tikhir Beauty Pageant Association (TBPA) was successfully held on Nov. 14 at Hopongkyu Memorial Hall Kiphire Town. This was stated in a press note issued by the organisers.
SDO Kiphire Longtiba graced the event as the chief guest.
The release mentions that T. Lemteshi, a M.sc geology student who aspires to become an Administrative Officer was crowned Miss Tikhir 2017 while Kepenshi Thongliu a M.sc Botany student and T. Tsuvishe a class 12 student were adjudged 1st and 2nd runners up respectively.
The panel of judges were Happyto P. Chishi, Finalist North East Highway Star Voice Hunt 2010, Runner up The Voice Of HASSU 2014 and participant of Ethnic Model Hunt 2007 and Mr. Nagaland 2009; Rhi Rhi Assistant Professor ZPGC; Doichong Phom who is a designer and Longtise Sangtam Assistant Professor ZPGC and winner of Naga Next Top Model 2014.
The official designers of the event were Designer Khosalu Chase and W. Tanushe.
Subtitle winners were Easter- Miss Congeniality; Asula-Miss Photogenic; Reakhanshe-Miss Talented; Yantsushe-Miss Beautiful Skin; T. Lemteshi-Miss Viewers Choice; Levinshu-Miss Best Costume and W. Tansushe-Miss Perfect 10.
